- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Prepare technical documentation and improvement reports for management
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining process excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with 3+ years in lithography
- Proven experience in process engineering leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of DUV/EUV lithography processes and equipment
- Expertise in statistical process control and DOE methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with semiconductor yield improvement techniques
