We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineering & New Launch Support professional to join our growing team in Bojonegoro. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing production workflows and ensuring the seamless execution of new product launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, implement lean manufacturing methodologies, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production cycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize existing footwear manufacturing processes to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Support the full lifecycle of new product launches, from concept validation to mass production handover.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Develop, update, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production lines.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and design teams to translate technical specifications into feasible production plans.
- Monitor key production KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for management review.
- Train production staff on new machinery, equipment, and process improvement techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the footwear, textile, or garment industry.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Indonesian is required.
