Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Process Excellence Associate to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and formulating strategic action plans aimed at reducing defects, minimizing costs, and shortening lead times. You will play a crucial role in enhancing overall quality within our manufacturing and transport operations.
As a Process Excellence Associate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. We value candidates who can translate data into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with our business goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute action plans to reduce production defects, operational costs, and lead times.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analyses for quality issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and facilitate process standardization across departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or operations management.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams.
