Join Xtendops as a Process Excellence Black Belt and lead transformative change across our organization. As a key member of our continuous improvement team, you'll drive end-to-end, cross-functional transformation initiatives that optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
In this dynamic role, you'll apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement sustainable changes that deliver measurable results. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand business challenges, gather data, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
As a Black Belt, you'll mentor Green Belts and project teams, providing expert guidance on statistical analysis, process mapping, and change management. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be critical to our success in achieving operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma projects to drive process optimization and cost reduction
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies
- Apply statistical analysis and data modeling to identify root causes and develop solutions
- Develop and implement process improvements using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology
- Mentor and coach Green Belts and project team members in process excellence methodologies
- Document processes, create standard operating procedures, and implement control measures
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on results to stakeholders
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes
Kualifikasi
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, CMMI, etc.) is a plus
