- Support and execute Lean Six Sigma projects under Black Belt leadership
- Collect and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate root cause analysis using DMAIC methodology
- Develop and implement process optimization solutions
- Monitor and track project KPIs to ensure sustainable results
- Train team members on process improvement tools and techniques
- Document processes, methodologies, and project outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent)
- 1-3 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, offshore teams
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Minitab, Excel, JMP)
