Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and assess all business workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and integration
- Lead process improvement initiatives and manage change efforts across the organization
- Monitor process performance using key metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in process management
- Train staff on new processes and procedures to ensure proper implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process management software
