Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Lead process optimization projects using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to increase operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and flowcharts.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor operational performance.
- Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Monitor the implementation of new processes and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) is highly preferred.
