- Analyze complex operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Design and implement automated reporting systems using SQL and BI tools to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Develop comprehensive process documentation and workflow diagrams for critical business functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process optimization initiatives
- Create executive dashboards and visualizations that translate data into strategic insights
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and recommend data-driven solutions
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, or operational excellence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Experience with process mapping methodologies and workflow automation tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders
