You will work closely with our IT and operations teams to support automation initiatives, ESS (Employee Self-Service) enhancements, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation scripts or tools to streamline manufacturing and administrative processes.
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal, ensuring a seamless user experience for staff.
- Collaborate with the HR department to update and configure HRIS modules, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Conduct data analysis and process mapping to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvement solutions.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new digital workflows and train end-users on their usage.
- Assist in testing new software applications and digital tools to ensure functionality and user adoption.
- Research emerging technologies and best practices in process automation to recommend innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python, VBA, or SQL) and scripting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and ESS platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and solving complex challenges.
