We are seeking a Process Improvement & Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Petaling, Selangor. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between raw engineering data and strategic safety initiatives.
As a specialist in safety benchmarking, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of safety data. Your primary focus will be tracking, analyzing, and presenting safety metrics that allow our organization to benchmark performance against global industry standards. You won't just be reporting numbers; you will be identifying the 'why' behind the trends and proposing actionable process improvements to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to safety performance and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain automated safety benchmarking reports to monitor KPIs against industry standards.
- Design interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize safety trends for management.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven process improvements to enhance site safety.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify root causes of safety incidents or near-misses.
- Collaborate with Engineering and EHS teams to implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to stakeholders, highlighting areas of success and risk.
- Ensure data governance and integrity across all internal reporting systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio).
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, VBA) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of safety metrics such as LTIFR, TRIR, and OHSAS/ISO standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or Lean manufacturing is a significant advantage.
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
