- Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process optimization strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles
- Develop standardized workflows and documentation to enhance operational consistency
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams for seamless process integration
- Monitor KPIs to track improvement outcomes and adjust strategies as needed
- Train staff on new procedures and foster continuous improvement mindsets
- Research industry best practices to introduce innovative operational solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in process improvement or operational excellence roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or similar methodologies
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes is advantageous
