- Analyze and optimize training data workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement process improvements in technology-driven training systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for training data standards and protocols
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance data quality pipelines
- Design and execute training technology pilots with measurable success metrics
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processing in training data operations
- Present improvement strategies to senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, data operations, or technology implementation
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or process management methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in financial services or tech environments
