Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process optimization strategies using lean methodologies
- Develop standardized workflows and documentation for operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure improvement effectiveness
- Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and quality issues
- Train staff on new processes and continuous improvement techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in process improvement or manufacturing engineering
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow/Green Belt preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
