We are looking for a results-driven Process Industrial Engineer (PIE/NPI) to lead our strategic transition of manufacturing processes from Hong Kong, China to our operations in Malaysia. In this key role, you will oversee the complete process setup and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that quality standards, operational efficiency, and cost optimization are maximized during this critical project transfer.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end process setup and transfer for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from Hong Kong to the Malaysian manufacturing facility.
- Analyze current production workflows and implement Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce cycle times and eliminate waste.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, QC) to optimize equipment layout and material flow.
- Manage the evaluation and selection of capital equipment and tooling for new production lines.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Process Engineering, NPI, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong background in project transfer and setting up operations in a new regional environment.
- Proficient in using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools (Excel, JMP).
- Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus for liaising with Hong Kong teams.
