Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced defect analysis using state-of-the-art tools (e.g., SEM, TEM, FIB, EDX, AFM) to identify root causes of yield loss and product reliability issues.
- Develop and implement robust data analytics methodologies and algorithms for efficient defect detection, classification, and yield impact correlation.
- Collaborate closely with process, design, and manufacturing teams to drive effective solutions and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor and analyze semiconductor process data, identifying trends, anomalies, and potential issues for proactive resolution.
- Participate in the evaluation and qualification of new materials, processes, and equipment to ensure robust defect control.
- Generate comprehensive technical reports and present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and management.
- Lead or support projects aimed at enhancing yield, improving product quality, and reducing manufacturing costs.
- Drive continuous learning and adoption of new analytical techniques and tools within the defect analysis team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in Process Integration, Defect Analysis, Yield Engineering, or Failure Analysis.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, CMP), and material science principles.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for large dataset manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with various defect inspection and analytical characterization techniques (e.g., KLA, Applied Materials inspection tools, SEM, TEM, FIB, EDX).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.
