As a Process Integration Staff Engineer/MTS specializing in RFSOI/BCD technologies, you will play a critical role in our advanced semiconductor development process. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the integration of RFSOI and BCD technologies into semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Develop and optimize process flows to enhance device performance and yield
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability of new semiconductor products
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex process integration issues
- Document technical specifications and best practices for process integration
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging semiconductor technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration, preferably with RFSOI/BCD technologies
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes
- Proficiency in process simulation tools and statistical analysis methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with process documentation and technical writing
