- Lead process engineering projects from conception to implementation
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows for efficiency gains

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years process engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Proven track record in process optimization projects
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Advanced proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MATLAB)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
