Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on electrical systems related to fixed plant conveyor lines.
- Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on motors, sensors, PLCs, and electrical control panels.
- Interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints to perform repairs accurately.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and corporate environmental policies.
- Collaborate with mechanical maintenance teams to ensure seamless equipment integration.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report equipment status to the supervisor.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives for recurring electrical failures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, specifically within mining, heavy industry, or power plants.
- Solid understanding of PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Willingness to be based in a remote site location in Nusa Tenggara Barat.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and incident prevention.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, cross-functional environment.
