Join AMMAN's technical team as a Process Maintenance Specialist in Nusa Tenggara Barat, where you'll ensure the optimal performance of industrial automation systems. This critical role focuses on instrumentation, process control networks, PLC/DCS platforms, and industrial automation solutions. You'll diagnose and resolve complex system issues, implement preventive maintenance protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a key technical expert, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, safety standards, and system reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems including sensors, transmitters, and control valves
- Monitor and optimize PLC/DCS systems for efficient plant operations and process control
- Implement and maintain industrial automation solutions across fixed plant equipment
- Conduct root cause analysis of system failures and implement corrective actions
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for automation systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and integration projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Document maintenance activities and system performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation or process maintenance
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and DCS systems (Honeywell, Emerson)
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles and process control methodologies
- Certification in industrial automation or instrumentation technology preferred
- Experience with SCADA systems and HMI development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control logic diagrams
