In this role, you will be the driving force behind the global definition, development, and roll-out of processes and systems that manage product information for all our business units worldwide.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our Product Development Process (PDP) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our long-term strategic goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the global definition and standardization of processes for product data and information management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to translate business needs into technical specifications for PIM and MDM systems.
- Drive the development roadmap and roll-out strategy for Product Development Processes (PDP) across various business units.
- Manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with global architectural standards.
- Develop and implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency of product information throughout the lifecycle.
- Provide expert guidance and training to local and regional teams during the implementation of new systems.
- Analyze process performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in process management, product data management, or IT consultancy.
- Proven expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data Management (MDM) systems (SAP experience is highly preferred).
- Strong track record of managing global or large-scale transformation projects in a multinational environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to map complex business workflows into logical system processes.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); experience working in international teams is a must.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Process Improvement (Six Sigma) is a significant advantage.
