Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Utilize CAD software and engineering tools to design, modify, and document process layouts and equipment specifications.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste, reduce cycle times, and optimize workflows.
- Monitor production lines for potential issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects and develop preventive measures to ensure consistency.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies in all operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and supply chain, to align engineering goals with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering design tools.
- Strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or a related manufacturing role.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process optimization.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
