As a Process / Manufacturing Engineer, you will be tasked with optimizing and sustaining manufacturing processes for our advanced photonic products. Your responsibilities will include analyzing production data, developing process documentation, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with production teams to enhance yield and reduce waste. You will also support new product introductions (NPI) and drive continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and specifications.
- Provide engineering support to production lines, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and processes.
- Conduct time studies and line balancing to optimize production flow.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
- Analyze production data and generate reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with engineering software (e.g., CAD, Minitab) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
