Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and regulate plant machinery and process parameters to ensure consistent operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Record and report precise production data and operational logs in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to facilitate prompt repairs and scheduled system servicing.
- Implement and strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Handle chemical materials safely and responsibly in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in shift handovers, ensuring clear communication regarding plant performance and issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing or chemical processing plant environment.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and chemical handling procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, gauges, and automated control systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot process irregularities.
- Physical capability to perform tasks in an industrial plant setting, including standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule as required by the production demand.
