Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize water treatment processes to ensure maximum efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for plant equipment and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve process reliability
- Perform regular maintenance activities and oversee equipment upgrades/modifications
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance enhancement strategies
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or water treatment operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process control systems and SCADA platforms
- Knowledge of water treatment processes (e.g., membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, UV disinfection)
- Experience with process optimization methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Certification in industrial safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and precision
- Effective communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration
