We're seeking a Process Platform Technician to join our Ipoh team and ensure the seamless operation of critical manufacturing processes. In this hands-on position, you'll maintain and optimize production equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and uphold stringent quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain process platform equipment in accordance with standard procedures
- Perform routine calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing systems
- Document equipment performance, maintenance activities, and process parameters accurately
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process optimization initiatives
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of process control systems and manufacturing equipment
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
