Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization strategies and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations, production downtime, and equipment efficiency issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems related to production planning and control.
- Assist in the development and training of production staff on new processes and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process analysis, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or flexible hours as required by production needs.
