Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure strict compliance with quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
- Identify process deviations, document non-conformances, and assist engineering teams in root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with production and process teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date quality records, test reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of QA laboratory testing equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean Manufacturing) to optimize yield and product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and basic measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Adaptable and willing to work in a cleanroom setting and perform shift work if required.
- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
