Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize chemical production processes to maximize efficiency and output
- Conduct research experiments to develop innovative process solutions and product improvements
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance product quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering within chemical manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD)
- Experience implementing process optimization and quality control methodologies
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and environmental regulations
