Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct process hazard analyses (PHAs) and risk assessments for chemical processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain process safety management systems
- Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards
- Provide technical guidance on safety aspects of process design and modifications
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct safety drills
- Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process safety within the chemical industry
- Professional certification in process safety (e.g., CPEng, RMP, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of process safety management systems and regulatory requirements
- Experience with hazard identification techniques and risk assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with safety software tools and programming (Visual Basic an advantage)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical information clearly
