Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and output in optical manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to troubleshoot technical issues and reduce downtime.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on new manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize production interruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or technical supervision within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of optical manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, MES systems, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred due to location requirements.
