As a Process/Senior Process Engineer, you'll develop revolutionary processes for silicon carbide devices that enable next-generation electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, and industrial automation. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SiC epitaxial growth processes using CVD technology
- Lead process development for high-voltage power devices with focus on defect reduction and yield enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate material specifications into production-ready processes
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DoE) methodologies
- Characterize epitaxial layers using SEM, AFM, XRD, and electrical testing techniques
- Document processes, procedures, and technical reports for IP protection and knowledge transfer
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on semiconductor manufacturing best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics (Master's/PhD preferred for senior roles)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor epitaxy processes (CVD/MOCVD)
- Deep technical knowledge of SiC crystal growth, defects, and power device physics
- Proficiency in process characterization tools (SEM, TEM, XRD, AFM)
- Experience with design of experiments (DoE) and statistical process control (SPC)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex process issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
