Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor precision polishing equipment to maintain production targets and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for polishing processes
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and process deviations
- Document maintenance activities and process parameters using MES systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize process parameters and reduce downtime
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and safety regulations
- Mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) or polishing equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical/electrical systems troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and process documentation
- Cleanroom protocol knowledge (ISO Class 7/8 environment experience preferred)
- Ability to read technical schematics and maintenance manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
