Role Overview

John Clements is seeking a Process Standardization and Master Data Manager to spearhead our client's digital transformation journey. As the lead for process standardization, you will be responsible for harmonizing business workflows across multiple departments to ensure scalability and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in governance, establishing the framework for how master data is created, maintained, and utilized to drive informed business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Data Management (MDM) strategy and governance framework.
- Lead the standardization of core business processes to support the seamless rollout of digital transformation initiatives.
- Define and monitor data quality KPIs, ensuring high levels of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify process bottlenecks and implement technology-driven solutions.
- Oversee the lifecycle of master data (Customer, Product, Vendor, etc.) across various ERP and digital platforms.
- Establish data policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and maintenance.
- Drive organizational change management efforts to foster a data-driven culture within the company.
- Conduct regular audits of data and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Data Governance, Process Improvement, or Master Data Management.
- Proven experience working with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation trends and methodologies (Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex, multi-departmental projects.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional certification in Data Management (CDMP) or Process Improvement (Green/Black Belt) is highly preferred.
