Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and adjust production equipment to ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with process engineers to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet precise technical specifications.
- Document all process changes, maintenance logs, and production output data accurately.
- Train junior operators on safe handling of equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with ISO and workplace safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting mechanical or electronic components.
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule as required by production needs.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology is an added advantage.
