In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant production activities and maintaining high standards of equipment readiness.

You will be at the forefront of plant operations, performing minor maintenance, preparing equipment for major shutdowns, and strictly adhering to safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control daily plant production activities to ensure optimal efficiency and output quality.
- Perform routine inspections and calibrations of process equipment and instruments.
- Undertake minor maintenance and repair tasks to minimize downtime.
- Prepare process equipment for major maintenance shutdowns in a safe and organized manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and regulations.
- Document daily operations, maintenance logs, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with the maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot operational issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in a chemical or process manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Familiarity with Process Control Systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Physically fit and able to work on industrial site environments.
