As a Process Technician, you will take the lead on optimizing and stabilizing our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for the overall product yields and play a key role in establishing and implementing all appropriate actions to drive continuous improvement. You will analyze process data, troubleshoot anomalies, and implement sustainable solutions to exceed yield, quality, and efficiency targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Take full ownership of product yields for assigned manufacturing processes, initiating corrective and preventive actions to consistently meet targets.
- Establish, implement, and monitor process control plans and standard operating procedures to improve stability and reduce variation.
- Perform root cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting of process parameters, equipment anomalies, and quality defects.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production teams on process optimization and new product introductions (NPI).
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation, including SOPs, PFMEAs, and Control Plans.
- Conduct regular process and equipment audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Provide hands-on technical training and guidance to production associates on established procedures and best practices.
- Analyze process performance data using statistical methods (SPC) to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Process Technician in a high-tech manufacturing environment (optics, semiconductor, electronics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and yield analysis techniques.
- Experience with FMEA, 8D problem solving, and Lean / Six Sigma methodologies is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab) is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a proven ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed to support production demands.
