Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Document production data, maintenance logs, and quality reports accurately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and HSE regulations on the factory floor.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize process efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required by production schedules.
