Tanggung Jawab
- Support process engineering activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues through systematic troubleshooting
- Implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
- Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production metrics and document process performance data
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement process optimization initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Train team members on new processes and equipment operation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or process environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in operating production equipment and control systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., ISO standards) is advantageous
