Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in production lines quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and maintain detailed operational logs and reports.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and conduct safety audits within the manufacturing facility.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and machinery manuals.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid technical certification in machinery operation (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
