Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure consistent output and quality.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement effective corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct trial runs and validate new process configurations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, logs, and technical reports.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
- Support the training of junior staff on operational procedures and equipment handling.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Vocational diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a process or manufacturing technician role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, diagrams, and process flow charts.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and industrial machinery maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
- Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement tools is a plus.
