Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate complex production machinery to meet daily output targets.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues, escalating complex problems to engineering teams when necessary.
- Ensure all production activities comply with rigorous quality control standards and safety protocols.
- Document production data, maintenance logs, and process deviations accurately for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Technology/Engineering, or equivalent vocational training.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a process technician or machine operator role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and manufacturing manuals.
- Solid understanding of safety standards (OSHA/local equivalent) and quality management systems (ISO).
- Ability to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
