Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily manufacturing processes to ensure maximum throughput and minimal waste.
- Perform routine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance on specialized production equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the production line and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to document process changes and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for yield improvement.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by assisting in pilot runs and process validation.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with ISO and EHS standards.
- Provide training and guidance to production operators on equipment usage and quality protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment (semiconductors or photonics preferred).
- Basic understanding of laser systems, vacuum technology, or cleanroom operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation and wear cleanroom attire as required.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and process methodologies.
