We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician (BOM) to join our engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with advanced automation systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Located near Tampines IKEA, our facility offers a supportive culture and competitive compensation.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met with high precision. The position offers a gross salary up to $3,500 per month, allowing you to choose between a Morning or Night shift based on your preference. You will work closely with our engineering staff to maintain and optimize AWS (Automated Welding Systems) and VB (Visual Basic/Control Interfaces).

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on AWS (Automated Welding Systems) and VB control interfaces.
- Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) data to identify discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and document process metrics accurately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and workplace regulations are strictly followed.
- Assist in training junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Technology.
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of AWS (Automated Welding Systems) and VB (Visual Basic) programming or operation.
- Ability to work flexibly in both Morning and Night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit for a hands-on role on the production floor.
- Valid Work Permit or Citizenship for Singapore.
