Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment to ensure efficient production of coatings.
- Perform precise mixing and blending of raw materials according to standardized technical formulas.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and laboratory tests on finished products to meet industry standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production logs, including batch records and equipment maintenance reports.
- Ensure the cleanliness and operational readiness of all machinery and the production floor.
- Identify and report any process deviations or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Prior experience is not required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
- Strong manual dexterity and the physical stamina required for a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and a high level of situational awareness.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
- A proactive learning attitude and a desire to build a long-term career in the chemical industry.
- Willingness to work in the Mandai/North Region area.
