Join Mini Circuits as a Process Technician (Die Attach) and become an integral part of our advanced semiconductor manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will support the daily setup and operation of die attach equipment across production, New Product Introduction (NPI), Research & Development (R&D), and process engineering functions.
Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our die attach processes, which are fundamental to producing high-performance RF and microwave components. Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily die attach equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance for production, NPI, R&D, and process engineering
- Operate and monitor die attach machinery to ensure precision and quality of semiconductor components
- Assist in process optimization and troubleshooting to improve yield and efficiency
- Document and maintain process parameters, equipment logs, and quality control records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and new technologies
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, cleanroom requirements, and quality standards
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills
- Identify and report equipment issues, coordinate maintenance with technical support teams
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar precision manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with die attach processes and semiconductor assembly techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and follow standard operating procedures
- Experience with process documentation and quality control systems
- Basic knowledge of cleanroom protocols and ESD safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
