- Conduct systematic failure analysis on manufacturing components to identify root causes of defects.
- Perform detailed inspection and testing using specialized analytical equipment and microscopy tools.
- Analyze manufacturing process data to identify yield trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Document findings accurately in technical reports and communicate results to engineering teams.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support process engineering experiments and validation activities to improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Failure Analysis (FA) methodologies and diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
