Tanggung Jawab
- Setting up, calibrating, and operating complex food production machinery.
- Leading and supervising a team of Production Operators to maximize efficiency.
- Performing routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting equipment faults.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (HACCP/GMP).
- Collaborating with management to implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Documenting production logs, maintenance records, and performance reports.
- Ensuring all team members adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a production team.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and quality control systems.
- Technical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
