We are looking for a skilled Process Technician and Maintenance Supervisor to support our operations in the industrial hub of Jurong Island. In this role, you will ensure the seamless functioning of production lines and maintain high standards of equipment reliability. You will be responsible for monitoring processes, performing critical maintenance tasks, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
As a key member of our technical team, you will implement preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot complex machinery issues, and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal output quality and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, and coordinate repairs with the engineering team.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies at all times.
- Collaborate with production managers to improve workflow and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and production reports.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a process or maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of process control systems and industrial safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with PLC systems or automated manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
