As a Process Technician, you will be working in a state-of-the-art 300mm wafer fabrication cleanroom. You will be responsible for operating sophisticated equipment, monitoring critical process parameters, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and control wafer fabrication equipment (e.g., Etch, Thin Films, Diffusion, Photolithography, CMP) according to strict process specifications.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production tools to ensure zero unscheduled downtime.
- Conduct visual and metrological inspections of processed wafers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process and equipment issues in real-time to minimize manufacturing disruptions.
- Collaborate with Process and Equipment Engineers on yield improvement projects and new process qualifications.
- Accurately document all activities, including lot dispositions, equipment history logs, and shift reports.
- Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols, ESD safety rules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support material handling and inventory management of wafers within the manufacturing execution system (MES).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a semiconductor wafer fab (300mm preferred) or similar high-tech cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of vacuum systems, robotics, RF, and chemical delivery systems is a distinct advantage.
- Proficient in using basic computer systems for data entry and statistical process control (SPC) charting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and wearing full cleanroom gowning (bunny suit) for extended shifts.
