- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for patient billing processes and systems
- Conduct engaging training sessions for new and existing staff on healthcare billing procedures
- Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including manuals and digital resources
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and process improvements
- Stay current with healthcare billing regulations and industry best practices
- Manage training schedules and documentation for compliance purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient billing or healthcare revenue cycle management
- Previous training or instructional design experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10/CPT coding and healthcare billing regulations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in training software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
